A month before wedding, start following this meal plan

Is your wedding around the corner? The pressure to look good and perfect increases for a bride. So follow these simple plans to stay fit and look perfect : A month before your big day:

1. Start your Morning with two glasses of water and 10 almonds.

2. Take poha or upma or sandwich as your breakfast.

3. A bowl of fruits with a glass of buttermilk will be best for brunch.

4. Eat salad and one cup of brown rice or 2 roti with vegetables and pulses in your lunch.

5. For Evening brunch: a cup of green tea with some sprouts will be best.

6. Have Soup or salad and two bran rotis with vegetables in your dinner.

7. Don't forget to drink a glass of skim milk.
