On Tuesday, the 19-year-old coconut seller lost a huge amount of money for cricket betting and was in financial turmoil and committed suicide at his home in Punjab. According to the police, Sonu Kumar of Jharkhand has earned a livelihood by selling coconuts on the streets. He hanged himself from the Iron Grill in his house washroom. Relatives said he had a huge bet on IPL matches, lost and was disappointed. The Punjab police said that the case is being investigated.
