New Delhi: A leader of Delhi's ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was found hanging at his West Delhi home in Rajouri Garden. Delhi AAP trade wing secretary Sandeep Bhardwaj committed suicide by hanging himself at his home on Thursday (November 24). The opposition has demanded a thorough probe into the matter. After getting information about the incident, the local police reached the spot and took the body in possession, and sent it for post-mortem. At present, no suicide note has been found near the body so far, nor is the reason for the suicide clear. Delhi Police has informed that ''Sandeep Bhardwaj, an AAP worker, committed suicide at his residence on Thursday. Inquiry proceedings under section 174 of CrPC are being done. He was the secretary of the AAP Trade Wing, Delhi, and the owner of Bhardwaj Marbles in Rajouri Garden.'' At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal condoled the death of Sandeep. CM Kejriwal wrote in tweeting that, 'The sudden death of Aam Aadmi Party worker Sandeep Bhardwaj Ji in Delhi is very sad. May God give his soul a place at his holy feet. My condolences to his family in this hour of grief and the entire party stands with Sandeep Ji's family in this difficult time.' BJP accuses AAP of selling tickets:- On the other hand, BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya has alleged that Arvind Kejriwal sold the ticket at a high price after taking money from Sandeep. Amit Malviya wrote on his Twitter handle, 'It is being told that Sandeep Bhardwaj had given a huge amount for the ticket, but Arvind Kejriwal sold the ticket to the one who paid more. The Aam Aadmi Party has ruined Delhi and even now families are being broken.'
