Abhishek Banerjee's wife request for examination at her residence, CBI accepted

Kolkata: In West Bengal, political turmoil before the assembly elections is at its peak. Amidst all this, Rujira Banerjee, wife of Abhishek, the nephew of CM Mamta Banerjee, has responded to the CBI notice. Rujira Banerjee has said that she is ready to answer every question tomorrow. After receiving the CBI notice, Rujira Banerjee sent a reply to the investigating agency, stating that she would meet the investigators on Tuesday.

In a reply sent to the CBI on Monday, Rujira Banerjee wrote that the CBI team can come to her house for questioning between 11 am and 3 am on Tuesday. Rujira Banerjee further wrote in her reply that she did not understand why the CBI wanted to meet him. However, she is ready to have a meeting with the investigating agency. Along with this, Abhishek Banerjee's wife wrote that when the CBI officer came to meet her on Sunday, she was not present at home.

She further said that CBI officers can come to his house for investigation and can meet her on Tuesday between 11 am and 3 am. After the notice of the CBI, Abhishek Banerjee said that nothing can be done to scare her and talked about giving full cooperation to the investigating agencies.
