Administration imposes Rs 1 lakh fine on shopkeeper for violating rules in curfew

Meanwhile, the police administration in New Market in the capital has imposed a fine in action against the opening of the shop. As per the information received, the matter is said to be from the New Market area of the capital. Half the shutter of a protein shop located here was open on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the patrolling police noticed the shutters open and informed the officials. The administration team then took action and sealed the shop but then the shopkeeper broke the seal on Monday.

After knowing this, it was re-acted upon. As part of the information received about the case, the shopkeeper himself reached TT Nagar police station where he said that his shop has been sealed by someone. This information was given to SDM Srivastava following which a fine of Rs 1 lakh has been imposed on the shopkeeper concerned in further action and his shop has been sealed again.
