Former Afghan IT Minister Syed Ahmad Shah, living by delivering pizza door to door

New Delhi: Former Afghan IT Minister Syed Ahmad Shah Sadat has been forced to sell pizza in Germany. Wearing a pizza company uniform, he is seen delivering pizza by bicycle in the German city of Leipzig. He had worked to promote the cell phone network in Afghanistan when he was IT minister. He later left Afghanistan and moved to Germany.

 

 

Talking to the media, Sadat said that he resigned as information minister only last year. He and President Ghani had disagreements on a number of issues. He resigned and stayed in the country for a few days, but then moved to Germany. Initially, everything went well, but after a shortage of money, he decided to become a pizza delivery boy. He says there is no shame in working in pizza delivery.

The Taliban, the terror group, on Tuesday announced several ministers of its interim government. More importantly, Gul Agha Sherzai, who was sometimes an anti-Taliban terrorist, has been made finance minister. Sherzai was governor of Kandahar first and then Nangarhar. The Taliban have appointed Mullah Khairullah as acting education minister and Abdul Bari as higher education minister. Sadr Ibrahim has been assigned the interim Home Ministry. On the other hand, Mullah Shirin has been made governor of Kabul and Hamdullah Nomani has been made mayor of Kabul.
