Punjabi singer Afsana Khan's brother and Indian Idol fame Khuda Bakhsh is in a legal tangle these days. A non-bailable warrant has also been issued against Khuda Bakhsh in a cheque bounce case of Rs.3.5 lakh by Gidderbaha Sub-Division Judicial Magistrate Amandeep Kaur at Muktsar in Punjab. The warrant was issued by the court while hearing a petition filed by singer Khuda Bakhsh's aunt. Some reports say that Amrul Nisha, a resident of Guru Teg Bahadur Nagar in Gidderbaha, has to take 3.5 lakh rupees from her nephew Khuda Bakhsh. Khuda Bakhsh had given a cheque of 3.5 lakh rupees to his aunt which she put in the bank, so it has bounced due to a lack of enough money in the account. When she did not get the money even after the cheque bounce, she has already filed a cheque bounce case in the SDJM court of Gidderbaha through her lawyer. May 24 was the third date in the case, but Khuda Bakhsh has not appeared in court on any date. On this, the court has now issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Khuda Bakhsh in this case. It is said that Bakhsh himself has gone to Dubai in connection with the stage show. Because of this, he will not be able to appear in court this time also.
