Bhopal: The swearing-in ceremony of Mohan Yadav's cabinet is underway at the Madhya Pradesh Raj Bhavan. The Governor administered the oath of office to the legislators, who have been appointed as ministers. On Monday morning, the Chief Minister had a meeting with the Governor to submit the list of legislators who would be taking on ministerial roles. Several senior leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) were present at the event. The party high command had instructed all present legislators to stay for the oath-taking ceremony.

Speaking to the media, Chief Minister Yadav said, "After the resounding victory under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, our government, with a dual engine, will move forward under the leadership of JP Nadda and Home Minister Amit Shah." In the recent legislative assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party won 163 seats, while the Congress secured 66 seats. In addition to Yadav, Shukla and Devda took the oath of office on December 13.
