After all, why doesn't the Muslim side want to allow a survey of 'Gyanvapi', is there really a 'secret' inside?

New Delhi: The Varanasi Gyanvapi case has now reached the Supreme Court. A petition has been filed in the apex court in connection with the matter. After this, Chief Justice (CJI) Ramanna has said that he will look into the matter. The management committee of Anjuman-e-Intezamia Masjid Varanasi has moved the Supreme Court seeking a stay on the survey of kashi vishwanath temple-gyanvapi mosque complex ordered by the Varanasi court.

Senior advocate Huzefa Ahmadi said, "We need an urgent hearing as the survey has been ordered. At the same time, the CJI has sought the documents of the petition and said that we will look into the matter after going through the papers.  Let me tell you that, the Muslim side has been opposing the survey from the beginning in this case, they say that we are ready to face the results, but even after the court's order, the survey will not be allowed to take place. In such a situation, the question arises that if the claim of the Muslim side is true, then what is the problem in allowing the survey to be done? Or is there a big secret hidden inside the knowledge? Due to which full emphasis is being put in place to stop the survey.

The Varanasi court gave this order:-

The court had on Thursday delivered its verdict on a petition filed against the survey of The Gyanvapi Mosque adjoining the Kashi Vishwanath temple. There are two things that are most important in the judgment. First, there will be no stopping on the survey. The survey will be conducted before May 17 and the report will be submitted to the court. At the same time, the second one which was demanded to change the court commissioner has been rejected. However, the court has added two other court commissioners. The court, in a very strict tone, has ordered the district administration, saying that there will be no excuse to stop the survey. If the lock is closed somewhere, then open it or break it, but every place on the premises will be surveyed.

The court said that before May 17, the entire premises, including the mosque, will be surveyed and the report will be given in the court. There will also be videography during the survey. The court rejected the muslim side's demand and said that the court commissioner will not be changed. With this, the court has appointed Court Commissioner Ajay Mishra as well as Vishal Singh as Special Commissioner. Who will lead the whole team. He has also been accompanied by Ajay Pratap Singh. The court has a clear order that the court commissioner will be free to take photographs and videography on the points stated by the parties. The court has clearly said that if the lock is closed at any place, the district administration should open the lock and complete the survey work.
