Loon Gangte, regional coordinator for South Asia at the International Treatment Preparedness Commission, said that there should be employment opportunities after rehabilitation. It is very important to ascertain what will happen after rehabilitation. After rehabilitation, 90 percent of people start getting intoxicated: It has been found out that rehabilitation is the easiest way and it is seen that after this 80-90 percent of the people get drunk again.
