Today, the Supreme court has warned the Aircel company that if its owner Ananda Krishnan doesn't appear in front of court within two weeks then the Aircel Spectrum will be seized and also will be given to the other service provider. The bench headed by Chief Justice J. S. Khehar declared the decision. The bench in the court said “We can’t allow anyone to use the assets of this country and run away from the process of law…if he wants to use the spectrum, he must come here and face the law” . The court has asked the Ministry of Communication and Telecom to provide some other network services to all the Aircel customers.
