Necessary ingredients: Potato - 6 Refined flour - 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup Coriander - 2-3 tbsp Green Chili - 4 Ginger Paste - ½ tbsp Red chilli powder - ½ tbsp Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp Mango powder - ½ tbsp Bread Crumb - made from 2 bread slices Oil- as per need Salt - as per taste Method of preparation: To make Potato Cream Cutlet, first put potatoes in a pressure cooker and boil it for 2 whistles. Then peel the boiled potatoes and grate it. Finely chop the coriander and green chillies. Then mix ginger paste, finely chopped green chillies, coriander powder, red chilli powder, mango powder, finely chopped green coriander and salt and mix everything well. Now make a thin batter by adding some water to the white flour (Maida). Now take some potato mixture and give it a round shape and with the help of a finger in the middle make a pit. Now fill some mayonnaise in the pit and fill it with some potato mixture and cover the mayonnaise completely. Now prepare the cutlet by pressing it lightly, giving it a round or oval shape. If you want, you can also add fatty cream instead of mayonnaise. Dip this cutlet in the white flour mixture and now put it in the bread crumb and wrap it well. Likewise, keep all cutlets. Now put a pan on the gas and pour oil in it and let it heat up. When the oil is hot, add the cutlets made in it and fry it. When the cutlet turns brown from one side, flip it and fry it from the other side as well. When the cutlet turns brown on both sides, take it out in a plate. Keep in mind that while frying the cutlet the oil should be well heated, if the oil is less hot then the cutlet will break down in the oil and disintegrate. Your potato cream cutlet is ready.
