Oil - 4 cups
Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
Black pepper - 4 table spoon
Mustard Powder - ½ table spoon
Sugar Powder - 1 Table Spoon
Salt - ½ table spoon

Method of preparation:

To make Eggless Mayonnaise, firstly coarsely crush black pepper. To make cream mayonnaise, keep in mind that take very cold cream. Put the cream in a mixer jar and add sugar powder, oil, salt, mustard powder and ground black pepper to it and grind it all.

While making mayonnaise in the mixer jar, keep checking it for a while to see if it is thick or not, as soon as the mayonnaise becomes thick, stop frying it. Now open the lid of the jar and add vinegar to this mixture and stir again. Any type of vinegar can be used. And if you want, you can also use lemon juice instead of vinegar. Vinegar increases the shelf life of mayonnaise and also increases the test. Your cream is ready as eggless mayonnaise, take out the paste in a box.
