Punjab Congress chief Amarinder Singh Raja Warring and party MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira have been accused of forgery. A case has been registered against both of them for sharing fake letterheads with fake signatures of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on social media. It is being told that this fake letterhead had information about the appointments of chairmen of various boards and corporations. On the other hand, when the FIR was registered, both leaders reacted sharply to it. Yes, they both say it's stupidity. The two Congress leaders have been booked under sections 465 (forgery), 471 (using forged documents or electronic records) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 66-D of the IT Act, the police official said. The official also said that a complaint was lodged by Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) SAS city district president Prabhjot Kaur. A case has been registered at Phase-I police station SAS Nagar. At the same time, the complainant said that he saw on Twitter that Waring and Khaira had shared fake documents on their official Twitter page, in which the names of the chairpersons (of various boards and corporations) appointed by the Punjab government are recorded. In this case, Prabhjot Kaur says that being the district president of AAP, she got information about this document. With this, she personally found out the facts about it from the party office in Delhi. In such a situation, she came to know that no such list has been published by Arvind Kejriwal or anyone else and Congress leaders have worked to spread misleading information.
