The tasty American Chopsy is made by the combination of crispy noodles and vegetable sauce. Essential Ingredients for Indian Style American chopsy: Noodles - 100 gms Corn Flour - 2-3 tablespoons Capsicum - ½ cup (finely chopped) Carrot - ½ cup (finely chopped) French beans - ½ cup (finely chopped) Oil - for frying Cabbage - ½ cup Sprouted Moong Dal - Less than ½ cup Tomato Sauce - 2-3 tablespoons Soy Sauce - 1.5 teaspoons Salt - 1.5 teaspoons or flavors Vinegar - 1 teaspoon Chili sauce - ½ teaspoon Basil - 5-6 leaves Method to Make American Chopsy: 1. Put 3-4 cups of water in a large vessel and keep it on boiling, after water gets boiled, add 1-1.5 teaspoon oil and half a teaspoon of salt and put the noodles in boiling water, and boil it until it becomes soft. Noodles are boiled in 5-6 minutes. Take out the boiled noodles and wash them by adding cold water to them. Boiled noodles are ready. 2. When noodles get cooled, add one to one and a half tablespoon corn flour and mix it. 3. Put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil is heated, put the noodles into the oil in such way that makes around. Turn the noodles another side when gets crisp from one side and fry it From the other side too, make it crispy from both sides. Remove the prepared noodles in the plate. 4. Take an another pan, put 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan. Put carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and moong dal in hot oil. Roast the vegetables for 2 minutes, stirring continuously on high flame. 5. Now add 1 cup of water, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, boil a little, put the sweet basil. Mix the cornflour with 2-3 tablespoons of water and put into the pan, add vinegar and mix well. Mix all and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. 6. Turn off the gas and take out the sauce into the bowl. To serve, take a round of noodles, put it on a plate, put the sauces on the noodles, and serve hot.
