Police performs their duties without seeing religion and caste, respect them: Amit Shah

New Delhi: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has urged people to respect the police. Amit Shah said that PM Narendra Modi had said that we should understand that the police is for our security. Therefore, it is not right to criticize him or target him on behalf of miscreants. Their work should also be understood. Amit Shah said the above things in the 73rd Raging Day Parade of Delhi Police.

Amit Shah said that the police do the work of maintaining peace and security without looking at any religion and caste. Helps when needed. Police is not an enemy of anyone, police is a friend of peace and order, so it should always be respected. Amit Shah said that there are many festivals for us, but for the police, each festival is an opportunity to discharge its responsibility. Those who perform their duties with such responsibility should be respected in the heart of every citizen of the country.

Amit Shah said that Delhi Police has done many smart policing schemes. Dial 112 under the Nirbhaya Fund and National Cyber Forensic Lab was established by Delhi Police to help the citizens. PM Modi established the National Police Memorial to honor 35,000 jawans and policemen.
