Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal, the Congress staged a protest for the third consecutive day on the issue of price rise. The highlight on Friday was that Congress leaders burnt an effigy of a leader of a ruling party, Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar. Congress questioned the silence of these stars on the issue of rising inflation. In Bhopal, hundreds of Congress workers led by former minister and MLA PC Sharma gathered at the Shivaji Nagar bus stop on Friday. Protested against rising prices of petrol, diesel, and cooking gas. Congress leaders questioned the silence of Bollywood stars Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar. Congress workers raised slogans by burning the effigies of the two stars. Due to this, the Congress worker was seen shouting slogans of 'Amitabh ji, say something, open your mouth'.
