An Easy to make recipe of Bread Upma for your breakfast

Ingredients

2 tsp Ghee  3 cups of bread cubes (chopped) 2 ½ tsp oil  ½ tsp Mustard seeds  2 medium onions (chopped) ½ tsp ginger (chopped) 2 green chillies (split)  8-10 Curry leaves  2 medium tomatoes (chopped) ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp sambar powder  Salt to taste  Coriander for garnish

Method:

1. Pour the ghee in a pan and roast chopped bread cubes in it till golden brown 

2. In a separate pan heat oil and add mustard seeds chopped onions and chopped ginger 

3. Add green chillies, curry leaves, chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, sambar powder and salt to taste.

4. Mix well and then add the roasted bread cubes in the pan
