In the viral video, you can see a man's shirt being taken off, tied to a tree and beaten. Suraj Kumar Buddha shared the video on social media and wrote, "In Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, an SC youth was brutally beaten to shoes after taking out his clothes, tying him to a tree. Every day, seeing this terrible form of casteism, the mind gets distracted. Shameful!' Commenting on Suraj's tweet, many users , (who may be Dalits) are expressing their anger without knowing the truth. However, somebody is venting anger at Hindus, somebody is bashing RSS-VHP, and then somebody is cursing the government, but no one knows the truth. Apart from Suraj's tweet, many media reports have also said that a Dalit was tied to a tree and then badly beaten. Now in the same video viral case, the statement of Andhra Police has come out. Police said a video from Visakhapatnam was going viral on social media, in which a man was being tied to a tree and beaten up. Investigations revealed that both the victim and the accused belonged to the same community, who had a fight over mobile theft.

Police said the case has been registered at the police station in Pendruthy. The accused have also been arrested after coming to know about the incident. According to local reports, the incident took place in Juttada village. There, a man named Tarkeshwar Rao allegedly stole Suri Babu's phone and instead of giving a complaint, Suri Babu brutally tied a man named Tarakeshwar to a tree and beat him up. A case was registered in this regard after watching the viral video.
