USA: WhatsApp, a well-known messaging service, is developing a new feature for Android users. Soon, users of the Meta-owned platform will be able to send audio messages that can only be played once. More privacy will result from this. The facility is currently being developed and will be made available to beta testers soon. Over two billion people use WhatsApp worldwide. The company is constantly developing new features in an effort to enhance the user experience and stay ahead of its competitors, like Telegram. We think WhatsApp's plan to introduce single-play audio messages is a step in the right direction because privacy is a very important issue. The recipients of the audio messages won't be able to save, forward, or record them once the single-play option is turned on. As a result, the conversation will be more private because a third party won't be able to access or listen to it later. Although this is not a foolproof security measure, it can greatly manage the confidentiality of sensitive data. The length of these messages will not exceed 60 seconds and they will be end-to-end encrypted. Also Read: Is Counter-Strike 2 going to be available for free?
