Vijayawada: Recently there has been great news for the employees of Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APS RTC). RTC management has decided to give corona insurance to its employees. The leaders of the Personnel Council met APS RTC Managing Director Krishnababu on Tuesday. During this, he also appealed to them to apply for corona insurance. He also handed them a memorandum. In response to this, RTC management has implemented the related order by applying Covid-19 insurance of 50 lakhs to its employees. Apart from this, the Prime Minister's Poor Welfare Package was also implemented to RTC employees. The employees have expressed happiness on the orders of the Managing Director. Officers are engaged in taking action to implement this insurance facility for the 36 RTC employees who have died so far due to Corona. With this, Krishnababu has asked the regional managers of all the districts to give a detailed description and certificates of the employees who died of Corona. He said that the detailed information and certificates should be sent to the RTC head office within the 28th of this month. They have also issued orders in this regard.
