New Delhi: On completion of one year of Kisan agitation"Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal stated ''on the one-year anniversary of the Kisan agitation. This historic movement was beset by intrigues, as well as heat and winter storms. The country farmer showed us how to fight for what we believe in with patience. I appreciate the peasant brothers' valour, bravery, enthusiasm, and sacrifice.'

Farmers have been camping for the last year on the borders of Delhi, Singhu, Tikri, and Ghazipur, according to reports. The 'Delhi Chalo' event, which began on November 26-27 last year, was the beginning of the center's campaign against three new agricultural legislation. The Modi government has just stated that three agriculture legislation would be repealed.

Rakesh Tikait, the head of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Bhakiu), stated that on the one-year anniversary of the kisan movement, people will gather and have talks on all borders today. The movement is now underway. There will be a further solution if the Central Government speaks; however, they do not wish to talk at all. How will a solution be reached if no one speaks? "Thousands of farmers have begun coming at several demonstration venues in Delhi," the United Kisan Morcha said in a statement. Rallies, dharnas, and other events are being planned in states far from Delhi to commemorate the anniversary.
