Police have registered a case against reader ASI of DSP for allegedly raping a woman in a village in the Jind district of Haryana. Police are engaged in taking action in the case. In a complaint to the police, a woman from a village in the Julana police station area said that ASI Ashok, a Bhiwani resident working as a reader of DSP in Jind, raped her in February 2019 under the pretext of marriage and had unnatural sex and committed a breach of trust. Where it is learnt that ASI refused to marry and also threatened to kill her. Investigating officer ASI Rina has said that police have registered a case against ASI Ashok, her sister and mother on the woman's complaint and initiated action.
