Bodoland People’s Party (BPF) president Hagrama Mohilary is rto join hands with the regional parties, except the BJP and its allies ahead of the Assam Assembly election. While attending a meeting of the central working committee (CWC) of BPF in Udalguri on Thursday,Former Bodoland Territorial Council chief Mohilary said his party is ready to join hands with the regional parties, except the BJP and its allies. He further said that his party will contest in all the 12 Assembly constituencies under the Bodoland Territorial Region in the ensuing Assembly election. He further said that the party workers to reach the field with new vigour and enthusiasm. The CWC meet, chaired by Mohilary, concluded with a common view that the regional political party will contest all the 12 Assembly constituencies of the Bodo belt. Meanwhile, The Election Commission to announce dates of assembly election for Assam, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and the Union Territory of Puducherry today. According to media reports, In a press conference scheduled to be held at 4.30 pm on Friday the Election Commission will announce the election dates.
