A Cuban military helicopter has crashed into a hill in the east of the island, killing all five people on board. According to the report, At least five people have died as a result of a helicopter crash in eastern Cuba. The incident took place on early Friday when the helicopter was heading from the province of Holguin for Guantanamo. The helicopter reportedly crashed into a highland. A commission of the Defense Ministry has launched an investigation into the crash. The last serious air accident in Cuba was reported in May 2018 when a plane crashed on take-off at Havana airport. In that incident A total of 112 passengers died in that accident.
