New Delhi:- Australian Racing Group will add Cavalcade to its Bathurst schedule with six 20-minute demonstration runs over the weekend. Participants are limited to 10 cars and will be carefully selected. Potential drivers and vehicles are asked to nominate themselves for entry. Eligible are "high performance wing and slick cars" from categories such as Formula 1, Indycar and Formula Renault 3.5. Earlier this year, Mount Panorama got a taste of F1 when Liam Lawson drove a Red Bull RB7 around the famous circuit at the Bathurst 12 Hours in February. Despite high expectations, the New Zealander has refused to try to break Jenson Button's long-standing unofficial lap record set in a McLaren F1 car.The Cavalry will participate in two sessions a day at the Bathurst International Convention, which will be televised live on Stan Sports on Saturday and Sunday.
