T-Series and Colour Yellow Productions have announced its next film directed by Anirudh Iyer. The new film is titled 'Action Hero' and versatile actor Ayushmann Khurrana has been roped in for the film. He is all set to make a splash with this film. Well, this will be Ayushmann's first film in the action genre and it will be interesting to see him in this film.

Announcing the film, producer Bhushan Kumar and the T-Series chief said, "Ayushmann completely fits the role of an action hero in the film. This is also the fourth collaboration between T-Series and Ayushmann, which makes it even more special for all those involved. We can't wait any longer to go on its floor and see them live this character.'' On the other hand, in the film Action Hero, Ayushmann said, "I am thrilled to work with Anand sir for the third time and I hope our track record of entertaining the audience around the world with the Action Hero will continue. I am also very excited to work with Bhushanji again. The Colour yellow and T-series are like another home for me. I immediately liked the script of the action hero. It is fresh, it is disruptive and it has all the qualities of cinema for which I am known.''
Producer Anand L Rai spoke about the film and said, "This is the first time we are doing this Jenner film, this is the third time we will collaborate with Ayushmann in a film. It's always nice to work with him and I'm quite excited about the film going on the floor.'' The film will be shot in India and the UK.
