Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP)'s strong Muslim leader Azam Khan, his MLA son Abdullah Azam and former MP wife Tazin Fatima have appeared in Rampur court today. Apart from Abdullah, his father Azam Khan, and his mother former MP Dr. Tajin Fatima are also accused in this case. In the MP-MLA Special Court (Magistrate Trial) on Thursday, the critic Narendra Tyagi and Inspector Civil Lines Kishan Avtar recorded their statements as witnesses, but they could not be cross-examined. According to the BJP leader's lawyer Sandeep Saxena, on Thursday, on behalf of the prosecution, in this case, judge Narendra Tyagi and Inspector Civil Lines Kishan Avtar Singh were presented in the court. They were to be cross-examined, but time was again sought from the defense counsel. On this, the prosecution and objection were filed by them. There was a debate on this. According to him, the court imposed a compensation of Rs.10,000 on the defense while expressing its displeasure over the defense being involved in the case. Fixing the date for the hearing of the matter on Friday, the court ordered all the accused SP leader Azam Khan, his MLA son Abdullah Azam and his wife Tazeen Fatima to appear individually.
