The much-awaited fare details for the Bangalore-Hyderabad Vande Bharat Express, also known as the Vande Hyderabad Express Train, are anticipated to be unveiled this coming Saturday, September 23. Following a successful trial run on September 21, during which it achieved a peak speed of 110 kilometers per hour, the railway authorities are gearing up to disclose the ticket prices. During the trial run, which included railway officials onboard, the train departed from Kacheguda at 5:30 AM and arrived at Yeshwantpur a remarkable 45 minutes ahead of schedule, approximately at 1:15 PM. Impressively, it covered a distance of 610 kilometers in less than eight hours, maintaining an average speed of 100 kilometers per hour between Dharmavaram and Yeshwantpur. Upon its scheduled inauguration by Prime Minister Modi on September 24, the train will commence its commercial operations on the subsequent day, September 25. Regarding the fares for the Hyderabad-Bangalore Vande Bharat Express, South Western Railway authorities have indicated that they've forwarded the fare details to the ministry, with confirmation pending. It is anticipated that the fare information will be available by Saturday. Upon its commencement, this train will become the third Vande Bharat Express in Karnataka, following the Mysuru-Bangalore-Chennai and Bangalore-Hubballi-Dharwad routes. The South Central Railway will oversee its operation, with primary maintenance to be conducted at Kacheguda. This high-speed train is expected to reduce travel time between the two cities by 1-2 hours compared to other trains.
