New Delhi: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has not taken any decision on the proposed T20 World Cup in October-November this year. The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) is not happy with this attitude of the ICC. The board is now weakened by this attitude of the governing body. And now they have decided to continue working on their plans. The Cricket Board of India can begin preparations for this year's Indian Premier League (IPL). The board is concerned about what the ICC decides on the World Cup. According to a Times of India report, earlier it was told that the BCCI announced a date for the IPL and is preparing accordingly. They do not want to wait for ICC' decision. BCCI treasurer Arun Dhumal has said, "This year has started in a very bad way and it does not seem to be a relief. But as time goes by, we have to face things together. We have to be ready for any event. Cricket is no different. Now the time has come for the BCCI to start preparing for this year's plan."
