Ind Vs Aus: India ready to take on Kangaroos, BCCI announces two teams

New Delhi: Team India has played all their matches in 2019. She remained unbeaten in Test cricket this year and won the most matches in the ODI and T20 formats. Now Team India will start their campaign against Sri Lanka on January 5 next year. Team India will play T20 from Sri Lanka and ODI series from Australia in January. The Cricket Board of India (BCCI) has announced the teams for both these series. India also has to play series against New Zealand after Sri Lanka and Australia.

Fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah and opener Shikhar Dhawan have returned to Team India for both these series with Sri Lanka and Australia. The BCCI has said in a statement that Bumrah and Dhawan have returned to the T20 and ODI teams. Mohammed Shami and opener Rohit Sharma have been rested from the T20 series. But both of them will remain in the team for the ODI series against Australia.

Indian ODI Team: Virat Kohli (Captain), Rohit Sharma (Vice Captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Lokesh Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Kedar Jadhav, Rishabh Pant (Wicketkeeper), Shivam Dubey, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini, Jaspreet Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Mohammed Shami.

Indian T20 team: Virat Kohli (captain), Shikhar Dhawan, Lokesh Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Manish Pandey, Sanju Samson, Rishabh Pant (wicketkeeper), Shivam Dubey, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravindra Jadeja, Shardul Thakur, Navdeep Saini, Jaspreet Bumrah, Washington Beautiful.
