'Correct ourselves within 6 months or else hands, legs, ribs & heads will be broken ' warns Bengal BJP chief to TMC

Kolkata: West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh has warned those supporting Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday. Issuing this warning, he said, 'I tell Mamata di's people, who do mischief, to correct themselves within 6 months or else their hands, legs, ribs & heads will be broken - you'll have to go to hospital before being able to go home. If they increase mischief, they'll be sent to crematorium."

Mamata Banerjee, the leader of Trinamool Congress, is called Didi. However, bitter rivalry between Trinamool and BJP has increased in West Bengal and assembly elections are due next year in the state. That is why both sides have started attacking each other with political violence and supporters of each other. Talking about Dilip Ghosh's remarks, she came two days after the visit of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to Bengal. You will be aware that Amit Shah has set an ambitious target of winning 200 out of 294 seats in the state and talk to Dilip Ghosh if he and other leaders of Bengal BJP are likely to go to Delhi and talk to party chief JP Nadda.

Earlier, Dilip Ghosh said that 'when there was Lalu Raj in Bihar, there used to be jungle rule, violence was a daily thing. But we drove the goons out. It is called BJP Raj. We converted Jungle Raj into democracy. We also want to restore democracy in West Bengal. I want to make an announcement that the upcoming assembly elections will not be done by Didi's police but by Dada's police. Clad in a khaki dress, the police will be at a distance of a hundred meters from the booths under the mango tree, sitting in a chair and watching the voting take place.
