'Children's copy-books will be made from the packets' new initiative to protect nature

Bhopal: Many parts of the country have undergone a drastic change in the recent past, while bhopal municipal corporation is making a number of innovations under the Swachh Bharat Mission. In the process of these innovations, the Corporation is now preparing to make copies from tetra packets (packets of coarse paper) thrown into the waste. In general, the corporation will now make copies of the tetra packs of milk, lassi and juice that the general public throws into the garbage by sorting them out of the garbage. Up to two tonnes of garbage is generated daily in the districts. Out of this, tetra packs used to reach the waste as well as the trench, but it is a special type of packing that can be recycled to make many useful things, including paper.

The municipal corporation has claimed that this is the first time such use is being used in Madhya Pradesh. Such initiatives are already taking place in metropolitan cities like Delhi, Mumbai. This is considered to be an important decision on environmental hygiene. Separate boxes for the same will also be placed by the Corporation in major markets, public places, parks, colonies of the city.

In the same paper making, at least, empty packets of beverages will be recycled to make used items like copies, books, tables, chairs, etc. For this, the Municipal Corporation has launched this campaign in association with private company The Kabaddi Wala. Citizens can also contact 7697260260 to join the campaign. Under this campaign, only boxes looking like tetra packs are being installed to make the districts green and clean.
