Patna: In Bihar, miscreants looted nearly 2 kg of gold and 3 lakh 29 thousand rupees cash within 20 minutes at the office of a private finance company in the Wazirganj police station area of Gaya district. About 20 hours after the incident, the hands of the police are still empty. A police official said on Wednesday that four-armed miscreants came to the office of a private finance company at Dakhingaon Mode in Wazirganj on Tuesday evening and committed robbery. He said that according to the employees, the first two miscreants started questioning the visiting employees and getting information about the rules for taking loans. This was followed by two other miscreants who started talking about the investigation, calling themselves company officials. In the same sequence, the four miscreants took the employees hostage with weapons together, opened lockers, and looted jewelry including cash kept there. Wazirganj police station in-charge R B Yadav said that according to finance company officials, about 2 kg of gold has been looted worth 3 lakh 29 thousand rupees.
