In fact, the police said that the girl was raped by her grandfather, who slept next to the victim on the night of the incident i.e. on May 25-26. For about three days, there was also talk of the family straying for treatment and justice and when the media raised the matter, the Madhepura SP swung into action and in just three hours, the whole case was revealed and the accused turned out to be none other than the victim's own grandfather. It is being told that the mother and villagers of the child are also not able to accept this misdeed of the grandfather, so the local people's representatives are demanding a high-level inquiry into it.

In fact, SP Rajesh Kumar said that the victim's family tried everything possible to hush up the matter but when the matter came to our notice, quick action was taken.
