Patna: An FIR has been lodged against Vinay Bihari, the BJP MLA from Lauria in Bihar, in connection with the molestation of a young woman at Agamkuan police station in Patna. The parents of the abducted girl have also lodged an FIR against the BJP MLA, his wife Chanchala Bihari and her brother-in-law Rajiv Singh for conspiracy to commit kidnapping. In her complaint against the MLA, the abducted girl's mother Rekha Kumari has alleged that her daughter had gone to the College of Commerce in Patna for the examination on February 9 but did not return. Due to this, she got a call from a phone number in which she was asked to discuss the same number with BJP MLA Vinay Bihari. The girl's mother said that when she called the number, Vinay Bihari threatened her and told her that her daughter was safe with his brother-in-law Rajiv Singh and if the family wanted, he could go to the SP and DSP. In her complaint, Rekha Devi said that when those persons also contacted Rajiv Singh's family, they did not get any information there. Thereafter, they suspected that their daughter had been kidnapped under a conspiracy, following which, a complaint was lodged by the victim's family against Vinay Bihari, Chanchala Bihari and Rajiv Singh at Agamkuan police station.
