Lucknow: A case of cheating of BJP MP from Unnao in Uttar Pradesh Sakshi Maharaj has come to light. Two fraudsters withdrew Rs 97,500 from their bank accounts by putting up fake cheques. The miscreants had also put up a third cheque but could not withdraw the money. Police have arrested two accused from Bihar in the case. According to police officials, MP Sakshi Maharaj had lodged an FIR with the Parliament Street police station. He had said in his complaint that someone had withdrawn Rs 97,500 from his State Bank of India (SBI) account from two fake cheques. According to police, the accused first transferred money from Sakshi Maharaj's bank account to one of their accounts through fake cheques. The money was then sent to three different accounts through UPI. All money was later withdrawn from ATM. When the case was high profile, the police immediately came into action. When the police arrested one of the accused Nihal Sinha (27) from Patna and remanded him in custody, he named Dinesh Rai in the interrogation. After that Dinesh Rai was also arrested from Bihar. Both the accused are currently being questioned .
