Los angeles: Hollywood star Blake Lively will feature opposite actor Justin Baldoni in the screen adaptation of the bestselling novel "It Ends With Us". Baldoni is also poised to direct the romance drama from a script adapted by Christy Hall, reports Deadline. Wayfarer Studios and Sony Pictures are supporting the film. "It Ends With Us", written by Colleen Hoover, features a girl named Lily who has just moved and is getting set to start her life after college. Lily then meets Ryle and falls in love with him. Atlas, her first love, reappears and challenges Lily and Ryle's relationship just as she is developing affections for him. The book was released in 2016 and has sold more than a million copies worldwide. It has also been translated into over 20 different languages. Alex Saks will produce for Saks Picture Company, with Jamey Heath producing for Wayfarer Studios. Along with Steve Sarowitz, Andrew Calof, and Baldoni, Lively and Hoover are executive producers. A Simple Favor sequel with Anna Kendrick and Paul Feig returning to direct are also among Lively's forthcoming projects.
