Pollard, who was making his captaincy debut in the IPL in absence of regular captain Rohit Sharma, promoted himself at number four and whacked the KXIP bowlers for fun. Pollard’s strike rate of 267.74 shows how much the West Indian enjoyed batting on the Wankhede track.
