Bhagalpur: A number of accidents are taking place across the country and a news item is coming from Bihar in which one person was killed in a bomb blast near Nathnagar railway station in Bhagalpur district on Thursday. According to the police, the bomb was thrown into the garbage. A police official said that a bomb was already placed in a bush on the side of the railway track near Nathnagar railway station on the Bhagalpur-Jamalpur railway section. As a result, a man went there to pick up the garbage and a bomb was hidden in the garbage exploded. The person who collected the garbage was badly injured in the blast. On the other hand, railway police and Nathnagar police rushed to the spot as soon as the case was reported. Police immediately rushed the injured person to the hospital. Nathnagar police station in-charge Sajjad Hussain said the injured person died during treatment at the hospital. Giving details, he said that the deceased is yet to be identified. The police team is jointly investigating the entire incident. Police say the garbage collector may have tried to open the bomb, causing the explosion. Hussain said that who placed the bomb near the railway station and for what purpose is being investigated.
