Bombay High Court to hear Kangana Ranaut's plea on compensation from BMC

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut remains in discussions due to her statements. The plea in the court against the BMC is going to be heard at 11 o'clock in the Bombay High Court today. According to the information received, Kangana has demanded a compensation of Rs 2 crore from BMC for sabotage in her Mumbai office and the same is going to be decided today. On September 9, the BMC had run a bulldozer on several parts of the office, terming the construction of Kangana's Pali Hill office as illegal.

Thereafter, Kangana had filed a case in the High Court and after that, the court had stayed the proceedings of the BMC. Thereafter, on September 15, Kangana Ranaut, in her revised plea, demanded two crore rupees as compensation for the action of the BMC. Now, the same matter is going to be heard today. During the hearing on Kangana Ranaut and the BMC case, the High Court had said, "Sanjay Raut's speeches and comments have been included in the petition. He can say that it is a fabricated CD. So if you are relying on it, he should be given a chance".

In the meantime, Kangana's lawyer Birendra Saraf said, "We are not including them. The court said that if you are going to give malicious arguments, you will also not be able to argue. After the court's statement, Saraf said, "Well, we will include him".
