Brazil: Doctors keeping patients tied to beds, know why

Brasilia: The new strain of coronavirus is wreaking havoc on many countries in the world again. The situation in many European countries is extremely crispy. Corona has also become uncontrolled in Brazil. The Health system is proving to be a failure in front of increasing cases here every day. The situation here has become so frightening that it has become difficult for doctors to handle patients.

Due to lack of medicines in hospitals, the situation is out of control, and in many hospitals, patients have to be tied to beds. According to the media report, patients are going through an intubation procedure without medication. Intubation is a process in which oxygen is delivered to the body by the ventilator when the patient himself experiences problems in breathing. A doctor at a municipal hospital in Brazil said that there was a severe shortage of medicines.

Sao Paulo's Health Secretary has even said that the city's ability to handle serious corona infections is being depleted. Meanwhile, Health Minister Marcello Ciroga said the government was in discussions with Spain and other countries to obtain emergency medicines. He admitted that hospitals do not have enough oxygen as well.
