Border Road Organization, Ministry of Defense has sought applications for recruitment to the post of General Reserve Engineer Force. A total of 459 posts are to be filled under this recruitment drive, for which detailed notification has been issued on the official portal. Interested candidates can see the notification by visiting bro.gov.in and apply online. Only male candidates can apply for this recruitment drive and female candidates are not eligible for recruitment. Selection Process: Candidates must pass an exam for selection. The exam will be of 100 numbers, which will consist of objective and subjective questions. The exam will be in both Hindi and English languages. The objective part will be OMR based, while the subjective part has to be answered in the answer sheet. According to the official notification, only candidates based on the marks obtained in the written examination will be considered as the basis for the further recruitment process. Those who pass the written examination will have to appear in the physical test. Candidates must score at least 50% of the number to be eligible for the job. The cut-off for SC and ST category candidates is 40%. To apply, one can download the form from the Candidate Official Portal, bro.gov.in. For the post of Store Supervisor, a degree from a recognized institution is mandatory. For Radio Mechanics, Multi Skilled Worker Post, Class 10th pass can also be applied.
