Startups will be encouraged to support 'Drone Shakti' through various applications and for 'Drone-as-a-Service' (DaaS) in certain ITIs across all states, according to the Minister. Nirmala Sitharaman announced the establishment of a digital university to provide students across the country with world-class universal education and a tailored learning experience right at their doorstep. This will be offered in a variety of Indian languages as well as ICT formats. The digital university will be constructed using a networked "hub-spoke" paradigm, with the hub developing cutting-edge ICT skills.
