The Bihar Legislative Assembly Budget session will begin today with the address of Governor Ram Nath Kovind. As per the reports, on an opening day, the Governor will address the joint session.
On February 27, the finance minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui will present Budget. The budget session will end on 31st March.
For the smooth functioning of the of the house during the session, the Speaker Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has appealed members to co-operate.
