Budget session may begin by end of this month, instructions issued to MPs

New Delhi: With the first half of the budget session beginning in the last week of January, the ministries have started asking officials to be ready to gear up to answer possible questions from members of Parliament. An official said that 'Parliament session may begin from the last week of this month. A notification has been given to various sections of the ministry.'

According to media reports, the budget session of Parliament will start from 31 January 2020, which will run till 7 February 2020. The budget session will be in two parts, the first session will start from 31 January and will continue till 7 February, while the second session can start in the second week of March.
