BWF World Championships 2019: Praneeth loses match, out of the championship

NEW DELHI: India's star shuttlers Star Shuttlers B Sai Praneeth ruledout of the BWF World Championships. Despite his impressive performance, he could not stand in front of Momota's defence, which led to her defeat by Japan's number one player 13-21 8-21 in the 41st minute. Despite this defeat, Praneeth made a spectacular achievement. He became the first Indian male player to win a medal in this prestigious tournament in 36 years.

Prakash Padukone won the bronze medal in the men's singles of the World Championships in the 1983 stage. Sindhu won 21-7, 21-14 in the 40-minute match. At the beginning of the second game, both players are trying to play near the net and there is a long rally. Sindhu took an 11-7 lead until the break. However, Chen Yu Fei tried to make a comeback in the game but did not succeed.

In the first game, Sindhu secured an early lead and put Chen under pressure. After coming under pressure, Chen made mistakes which gave Sindhu the advantage and took a 11-3 lead until the break. After the break, Chen Kross scored points by playing the court but he failed to reduce the lead. Sindhu, on the other hand, won the first game with a powerful smash and good court coverage.
