New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi is about to launch a three-day national conference organized by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Delhi on 'Vigilance and Anti Corruption'. The theme of this conference, organized virtual, has been kept 'vigilant India, prosperous India'. The conference will be attended by heads of anti-corruption bureau of different states, heads of vigilance departments, CVOs, CBI officers and officers of various central agencies. On the first day of the conference, the Chief Secretaries and DGP of all the states will also attend the conference. It is noteworthy that 'Vigilance Awareness Week' is celebrated every year in the country from 27 October to 2 November to curb corruption. The CBI's National Conference on Vigilance will start at the end of this week. According to the information, in this three-day conference, there will be a special focus on increasing awareness of corruption among the people. In this conference, many issues will be discussed including challenges faced during investigation abroad, creating preventive vigilance system to prevent corruption, economic and bank fraud cases efficiently. This conference gives lawmakers and officials who follow those laws a chance to come together on one platform and brainstorm problems. It also helps the government to eliminate corruption in the administrative system.
