Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India (HMSI) is expected to launch the CBR150R, an entry-level sportbike, in India. The company has applied for a motorbike patent, hinting that the bike would be arriving in the nation soon. When it debuts, the CBR150R will be a direct competitor to the Yamaha R15 V4. The CBR150R's body panels are fairly crisp and aerodynamic on the exterior. Its outside appearance is influenced by the bigger CBR bikes in the company's series. Dual LED headlights and LED DRLs are fitted to the motorcycle's front end. A tiny windscreen, dynamic rear-view mirrors, low-set broad handlebar, completely digital instrument dashboard, contoured fuel tank, upswept exhaust, and step-up seats are among the other key features of the sports bike. The bike also comes with a golden USD front fork, which adds to its athletic appearance. It comes in various of exterior colour options, including Victory Black Red, Honda Racing Red, Dominator Matte Black, Candy Scintillate Red, and MotoGP Edition. The India-spec model, however, may have different features and colours. It will be powered by a 149cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that produces 16.09 horsepower at 9,000 rpm and 13.7 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slip and assist clutch. The bike has a single disc at each end for brakes, as well as ABS and an Emergency Stop Signal (ESS). The growing popularity of entry-level performance bikes in India is likely to have prompted the Activa maker to reassess the bike for the Indian market.
