CBSE exam canceled across the country! The board gave information in SC

New Delhi: A decision has been given in the apex court on the petition filed by the CBSE Board for the conduct of the remaining examinations of class 12 and class 10. Judge A.M. A bench headed by Khanwilkar is hearing the case. During this hearing, the board will put its options in the top court. The situation is expected to be cleared after the hearing. CBSE has told the court that it has decided to cancel the 10th and 12th examinations. 

Let us tell you that these exams were to be held between July 1 and July 15. The hearing on the petition filed in the apex court on the petition filed by the CBSE Board for conducting the remaining examinations of class 12 and class 10, Justice A.M. The Bench headed by Khanwilkar. In which the Union Government's Ministry of Human Resource Development and the CBSE Board's favor S.G. Tusshar Mehta is in it. Solicitor general Tushar Mehta said that the exam of class 12 will be held as per the situation. 

Let us tell you that CBSE has issued a 12 point guideline for examiners, in which it has been made mandatory for students to wear masks at the examination center. Along with this, it is also mandatory to keep students with sanitizer. CBSE said in its guidelines that all students at the examination center must follow social and physical distancing.
